During the warranty period, if any issues arise, we are committed to providing you with satisfactory service. To fully benefit from your product warranty, please read the following terms carefully:

Warranty Coverage:

●Hydraulic pumps and bases are covered under a 2-year limited warranty.

●Wrinkling of vinyl on seating surfaces is normal and occurs naturally with age and use; it is not considered a defect.

●Staining or discoloration of chair vinyl caused by wear and tear, client clothing (e.g., dye from jeans or skirts), hair color, or bleach is not covered under warranty.

●Plumbing and plumbing-related equipment must be installed by a licensed plumber. Failure to comply will void the warranty. Documentation of proper installation must be provided for all plumbing-related warranty claims.

●Fading due to sun exposure is not covered under any circumstances.
