The initial consultation will be by phone with our practice manager to understand more about your needs and deadlines. During this communication, we will confirm your vision, project details, timeline, and budget.

Should you choose to utilize our design services, we will require a deposit corresponding to the tier of service you select. This deposit will subsequently be credited towards the total cost of the equipment required for your project.

Upon receiving your deposit, we will promptly schedule a visit to your project site. During this visit, we will engage in a detailed discussion of your design requirements, covering aspects such as interior style, color coordination, thematic settings, floor layouts, services, and equipment needs. We will review any existing plans, propose solutions to potential challenges, and actively seek your feedback to ensure that the final design accurately reflects the style and brand identity you desire. Additionally, we will conduct thorough measurements of the site to ensure precise execution of 2D layouts and 3D renderings.

Our design team begins by transforming your requirements into preliminary 2D layout plans, focusing on creating a positive service and work environment to maximize the experience for both customers and stylists. We leverage our expertise to optimize the space of your salon or barbershop, accommodating more clients while ensuring sufficient privacy for customers and ample workspace for the team.

After your review and approval of the 2D plans, we will proceed with 3D rendering, allowing you to visually experience the appearance and functionality of your salon. This stage will include colors, branding, logos, and other design elements to help you see your dream salon take shape.
